By using Kitten Around Ragdolls’s website (https://kittenaroundragdolls.com) and submitting any applications or forms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or interact with our services. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Use of Our Services
- Applications: All adoption applications must be completed truthfully. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection.
- Communication: By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your application or services.
- Respect: Users must interact respectfully with our staff and representatives. Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your application process.
Application Review
All applications are subject to review and approval by Kitten Around Ragdolls. Approval is at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or placement of a kitten.
Payments and Fees
To reserve a kitten, a $1,000 deposit is required; the remaining $3,500 balance is due before the kitten goes home, for a total adoption fee of $4,500 per kitten. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are applied toward the total. We accept payment by Zelle (kiki@kittenaroundragdolls.com — Kitten Around Ragdolls LLC), cash in person at pickup, or a cashier's check made payable to Kitten Around Ragdolls LLC. We do not accept credit cards. Because cash must be paid in person and a cashier's check must arrive before a kitten is held, Zelle is the only method that can secure a deposit remotely. Zelle, cash, and cashier's check payments are final and cannot be reversed.
Zelle limits vary by bank — check yours before sending. Most banks will raise your daily limit if you call them, though some decline requests for pet purchases. If your limit is lower than the amount due, contact me directly at (916) 545-5703 and we'll work out timing that works for your bank — split payments across days, or cash or a cashier's check instead.
Privacy and Data
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting your application, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Kitten Around Ragdolls is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our website, services, or the adoption process. You acknowledge and agree to release Kitten Around Ragdolls from any claims.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
